A true artist. The cake was gorgeous and guests were just going up to it to take pictures of it because they were so amazed by it. Amanda did a great job making it complement the floral arrangements based on the pinterest board we had created with the florist. Not only was it beautiful, but it was also delicious. When we did the cake tasting so many of the flavors were good so you really can’t go wrong (the tasting size of each cake was also quite large and they were layered so you knew exactly how it would taste as a wedding cake), but our almond/cherry wedding cake was amazing and our guests raved about it during the wedding and for months after. Through an unfortunate error with the caterer who cut the cake, we were unable to eat a slice and didn’t have any saved for us at the end of the night to take home. We knew from the tasting how good the cake was and having to hear about it more from our guests complimenting it, we quickly reached out to Amanda when we got back from the honeymoon to order a set of cupcakes designed similarly to the wedding cake so we could enjoy it too for the bride’s birthday. She once again delivered a piece of art and our cupcakes were just as beautiful as our wedding cake and also extremely delicious. She was so kind and helpful throughout the process and even helped us out when I made an error with the scheduling for delivery of the cupcakes. She is such a great baker and artist, and also such a lovely person. Get your cakes from her!!!!

Amanda of Seurie Co. is an absolute artist and talented baker. From design (seamless!) to delivery (smooth and on-time!) to cake consumption (delicious!), our experience with Seurie Co. was top-notch. The dohl cake we received for our son's first birthday was not only the most beautiful cake our entire party has ever seen but also one of the tastiest desserts we have eaten. We felt Amanda's attention to detail from start to finish: great communication and understanding in the design/planning process, each one of her signature buttercream blooms a demonstration of her mastery of the art, and thoughtful flavor combinations and textures that delight the senses. Amanda at Seurie Co was nothing short of wonderful, kind, amazing, and gifted. We were referred to Seurie Co by our wedding coordinator, and from the first conversation, I knew Amanda was special. She takes so much care in her cakes, and her passion to create the perfect cake for your event with so much dedication was evident from the start. She is so attentive and lovely to work with. We were so impressed at our final wedding cake - the buttercream flowers were so realistic, loved the design and colors, and the taste--wow! The guests were so impressed with the flavor as well. We froze it after our wedding and had it on our 1st anniversary and it reminded us once again what a special cake we were lucky to have. We just held a beautiful dohl (1st birthday) party on Saturday for our daughter and the Seurie cakes was truly one of the highlights of the party. Amanda was very kind and easy to communicate throughout the whole process. She delivered the cakes on a timely manner. We ordered the dohl cake and a number cake. The cakes were so beautiful, many of our guests were asking if it was edible. Everyone was first amazing with how beautiful the cakes were and were later more surprised with how the cakes were so delicious. I can’t thank Amanda enough for helping our special day to be perfect. Amanda created a remarkable and one-of-a-kind cake for our wedding on June 1, 2024. She worked with us to find the right combination of flavors and design aesthetic which was equal parts inspired by her past work in addition to incorporating some of our own ideas. For example, I grew up in Texas and wanted a little nod to my upbringing, so she added some yellow roses! We loved the option to have mini-cakes delivered to our apartment so we could taste them at home when we were in the decision-making process several months out. On our wedding day, the delivery arrived without incident and was such a beautiful work of art that we almost felt guilty cutting the cake! The flavor was remarkable - just the right hint of sweet to allow the delicious chocolate and strawberry flavors to shine. My husband and I do not like overly sugary cakes, so Seurie's flavors were absolute perfection. The texture was fabulous with the right amount of balance between creamy and surprise crunches in the filling. Our guests raved with many specifically calling out that it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. I highly recommend Seurie - you'll be thrilled with the vision and flavor, not to mention impeccable organization leading up to and on the wedding day.
